Great house, in a great location, at a beautiful place

Every thing was wonderful, all details were addressed. Plenty of outside equipment to use. The house is impeccably furnished, and kept. Janeen is always accessible and helpful. Wouldn’t change a thing

Immaculate and well-stocked

The photos do not do justice to this wonderful house. We were in the area with our two adult daughters for a family wedding and have ranked this as one of our best family vacations ever. The house is tastefully decorated and furnished. The upstairs master suite was our own little retreat with its comfortable king size bed, large bathroom and walk-in closet - even a telescope and meditation CDs. We especially enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the dock with its peaceful lake views and daily cocktail hour under the canopy. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

Beautiful family home with large rooms

This home is a true gem. There is so much love throughout the house in the little details. There are games, books and toys for kids of all ages. There were gifts for the kids, Christmas trees lite, true ambiance to make our holiday special in this home. The house is just as described with double bunk beds in one room, queen in another and king suite as upper floor with twin on the side. The two bathrooms are spacious and we had plenty of towels with even welcoming toiletries. Being winter we cuddled up in the house with a day trip to Saratoga Park to enjoy the snow. The views of the lake and morning sunrise with the ducks on the water were so beautiful. The last morning the fog rolled over the icy water and the sun reflecting was picture perfect. Thanks for a very special Christmas memory!

Heaven On Earth on Saratoga Lake!

We stayed for a week and never wanted to leave! This home is meticulously cared for and reflects the owners' on point sense of what serenity should be. This beautiful lakefront property on a private road is visited by Bald Eagles every day, has two kayaks and a canoe as well. The dock is long & large for boat-renting or a bit of solitude. But the three biggest gems are the front porch/deck, the kitchen, and the fabulous ensuite Master Bedroom. Of course, the lake is the all-star and this home has oodles of frontage to make it seem totally private. Janeen, the incredibly thoughtful owner, took great care even before Day 1 so your stay was perfectly prepared for you! Soaps, shampoos, so much more and a bag of Saratoga Chips! Just bring your toothbrush! We can't wait to come back next year to get spoiled again and enjoy another slice of heaven. By the way, the location is perfect...close to Saratoga Race Course and all other local towns that are buzzing during race season. We would come back anytime though just to relax and feel the lake breeze and eagle watch!

Beautiful lakefront home

The house was clean, beautiful and right on Saratoga Lake. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful relaxing stay.

One word...wonderful!

We had an amazing weekend at this home no Saratoga Lake. The home was beautifully decorated, ample outdoor space for enjoying friends and an amazing location right on the water. The home was comfy and had everything you could event need. Thanks so much to Janeen and her family for allowing us to create awesome memories!!

AMAZING House + Location!!

If you are coming to Saratoga Lake you will want to stay at Janeen's property! This house is simply amazing, tranquil, and peaceful. The decorations, furniture, and accents throughout the house were incredibly beautiful! The place was super clean when we arrived and not a single detail was overlooked. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary utensils and the outdoor spaces were perfect for meals. However my favorite part of the house was the view. There's your a dock and kayaks to use so guests can enjoy the beauty of the lake. We wish would be able to stay there forever! Thank you to a wonderful host!

Perfect Weekend

We rented this home to come from Chicago to visit our son for the weekend. It couldn't have been more perfect. It was soooooo clean and had everything we needed! The views were gorgeous. We rented a pontoon boat from South Shore marina and would recommend them. We cooked several meals in and the kitchen was beautifully stocked. The house was decorated to a tee with many relaxing sitting areas and extremely comfortable beds. Lots of games and movies made our evenings fun too. We hope we ge to come back again and explore more of Saratoga Springs and enjoy the peacefulness of this beautiful home and area.

Excellent all around

This home is extremely well set up for guests and proved very clean and very comfortable all around. The house is lovely and was well suited for the 4 adults and 4 kids with lots to do both at the home and near Saratoga. The view of the lake was great, and we had good weather so we made use of the kayaks and canoe. Will definitely return. Owner Janeen also extremely responsive and helpful. 5-stars.
